Work 1-1 with me to develop a deeper understanding of the complexity of who you are and how you operate. We can unpack underlying themes that have a problematic impact on your life and build insight and awareness that will help you:

1. Improve your overall mood

2. Reduce mood fluctuations

3. Develop more healthy responses to triggers, difficult situations, and stress

4. Build better relationships with self and others
